  • Built around your exact workflow
  • Senior engineers who have shipped at scale

What buyers ask before the call.

Still unsure? Ask a senior engineer

How does the zero-overrun commitment actually work?

On fixed-price sprints, we scope the work against a written SOW with acceptance criteria. If we underestimated the effort, we absorb the cost, not you.

Can we start with a smaller pilot before committing?

Yes, in fact, we prefer it. Our typical first engagement is a six-week discovery sprint at roughly $85K.

What does a dedicated team look like in practice?

Typical squad: three to seven people, senior engineers, a tech lead, and a product/delivery partner. Weekly demos, transparent velocity tracking.

Can you work with our existing Salesforce / AWS setup?

Yes. Platform-agnostic is a core operating principle. We’ve shipped on Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, and Kubernetes.

What security & compliance assurances can you provide?

SOC 2 Type II, NIST 800-53 aligned, FedRAMP pattern-ready. We sign BAAs, DPAs, and custom security addenda.

Do you handle ongoing maintenance after launch?

Two options: full ownership at handoff with documentation and a 30-day support window, or a Managed Service agreement with SLAs and monitoring.

What does a typical engagement timeline look like?

Discovery: one to two weeks. MVP ship: six to eight weeks. Full production release: twelve to sixteen weeks. We publish a delivery roadmap before sprint one and update it weekly.

How do you handle intellectual property?

You own everything we build, source code, documentation, architecture decisions, and deployment scripts. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary frameworks only we can maintain.

How do I know if Bilions is the right fit?

If you need senior engineers who ship on deadline, not a slide deck, we’re probably your team. Book a 20-minute call and we’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right fit, or point you to someone who is.
